I did my taxes on Turbo Tax, wasn't thrilled with my expected return. Called Andrea and asked was there any benefit to using a professional tax preparer if I had pretty a pretty standard filing/deductions. SHE WAS HONEST and said that she couldn't see there being much difference in what Turbo Tax calculated and what she would. That sealed the deal for me. She was willing to potentially lose the opportunity to gain a new client just to be honest. That earned her fee to me (which wasn't much more than Turbo Tax). I went with Andrea and got my biggest return EVER! I was doing my taxes ALL wrong. I would recommend Andrea to anyone who is looking for professional tax preparation (and have already).

Don't worry, it's not like you'll be sitting down in her living room going over your taxes while Jerry Springer plays on the TV. Instead, she has an actual office with it's own entrance. I found her to be professional, down to earth, and helpful. Sure, I could have went to an H&R Block or some other place, but they don't seem as personable. She, on the other hand, treated me like a person, and not another client. In addition, she also offered me some insight as well. I'll definitely continue to use her.
