He charged me very little to correspond with the IRS and resolved my problems with no additional tax owed and even amended my return to get an additional refund. It's the only place I will ever go to have my taxes done.

I had to call day after day and he was always with someone. He never took my call or called me back. The receptionist was just like okay sorry for the mistake. They didn't care to address the issue. I still have not heard from him. We all make mistakes but we should address them. I'm so angry he is ignoring this issue. Be careful if you go to him and don't count on the amount he tells you until it's in your bank account. Shame on him for not addressing it.

His filing fee is very reasonable and not anywhere compared to a place like HR Block that robs you with a high filing fee!! His team and him are quick, responsive and excellent with taking the time with you to understand different changes in tax codes or filing regulations.
