I filed with them this year and I received my taxes back ASAP! They were great with my child who was a year and 3 months old and had just learned to walk. They were so nice about her babbling and running around, they tried to occupy her as much as possible until my appt was over. I then had to go back up there recently because my Emerald Card was stolen and they were so good about replacing it! I didn't have a whole ton of "identification" because my wallet was stolen and that's how I lost my card, but they accepted what I had and went over documents I had in my file already and it took no time to replace my card and be able to use it. I was extremely pleased with the services I received here and the atmosphere surrounding their employees.

They did not finish preparing my taxes and printing the forms until 830pm the night they were due. And then hit me with a bill for $800. And really wouldn't explain what cost the extra $400. Obviously at this point, i have no other option but to pay them and have them file, since it's too late in the game to do anything else. They obviously do not care about having repeat customers because that's not how you treat someone you ever want to see again. They also had me pay and extra $40 for insurance coverage saying if the irs questions my taxes that they back me for up to $6000 of my return. So, apparently, if you want peace of mind, they charge extra for that too. And I'm not even going into how rude one particular employee was to us over the phone, blatantly saying she charges per hour, when we had been previously told they charge per form that has to be filed. So, with that said, the extra $400 I was charged, but wasn't explained why, pretty sure it's because the employees decided since I was due a pretty large federal return, that they would upcharge me and withhold their fees out of my return. Don't worry H&R, you won't have to deal with my taxes or business next year.

I had been looking -- not long -- after being betrayed by my "current"…read more auto insurance company. I will be glad to tell you, that I am the BEST, most careful driver that I personally know. I am not a fast driver anymore. I used to be a nervous, fast driver, however, careful. Now, I take my time, and I am still most attentive driver that I know. My Vision is about 20/25, with correction. Now, in December, 2016, I got a rate hike, of 45 per/cent, which is utterly ridiculous. I tried to reason with the people, but, no go. Convinced I could do better, I got a machine generated quote from State Farm, which, frankly, was stunning. I was in Neil Jarvis' office in Grove, two weeks later. Done deal !!!! Dee, my new Agent, is as good as an Agent has ever been. Easy to do business with. I am totally glad I did not try to "hang in " and keep exposing myself to a bad rate hike, I did not deserve.
