I dragged my feet for a while but I finally chose Montgomery & Merrill. One reason I chose them is that M&M is an all female accounting firm- how often do you see that? They're recommended by the women's small business groups. Also the first consultation is free. Which is awesome. Going there is like going to see a wise older sister, I've been seen by both Kathy and Colleen and they both do great jobs. When I'm super overwhelmed I can usually take a breather and pet someone's dog because usually there's one there. Also the atmosphere is great-- clean, professional, but not stuffy.
