I have never spoken with him and only have my life insurance through him. I'm shocked at how I was treated and I'm still unaware of what I did wrong. I wanted to speak with him about my term life insurance expiring next year and an increase in my premiums. No big deal. He missed the appointment.

Andy was an excellent resource and calmed down a very anxious client (ME!). He went over my policy to help direct me to road service. I believe Express in Forest Lake is one of the hardest working offices in the Staffing Industry, and certainly the best in the Forest Lake area. Things like the Associate Appreciation Program, that names an Associate of the Week, Month, Quarter and Year ... with corresponding prizes like Gas Gift Cards, Wal Mart Cash Cards, Vouchers are handed out weekly. This sort of recognition for Team Members of this office is one of many great things they do, just to show they appreciate and value them. This office does care about people, and partnering quality Associate/Team Members with quality local businesses.
