I sent my unit in for repair in November 2025. What followed was one of the worst service…read moreexperiences I've had. The owner, Nick, did disclose a personal medical situation that occurred after receipt of the unit, and I extended real patience -- months of it -- waiting for the repair to be completed. That grace was not returned. Communication dried up almost entirely; getting any update required repeated follow-up on my end, and long stretches went by with no response at all. Eventually I was told the repair was complete and asked to pay for the work. I paid. After payment, I was told the unit had been "lost in the mail." No tracking information, no resolution, no refund, no replacement -- just silence. I was charged in full for a repair on an item I never received back. I'm out both the cost of the repair and the value of the unit itself, with no explanation and no accountability offered. If you're considering sending equipment here, think carefully. My experience was: months of delay and excuses, then a story that changed once money changed hands, and a unit that conveniently vanished right after I paid. I would not trust this business with anything valuable.
