I provided notes for some local things that were not heeded. They also made a decision without my approval to apply a refund to the next year's taxes instead of having the money refunded now. Took them to task for the poor service, and then they refused to finish the filing wasting over 2 weeks of time with the deadline approaching. I have fired this company and will be taking my business elsewhere. They were told they would have bigger problems over this, which they responded to by threatening to file a police report (a report for what exactly, I don't know). I'm not sure how they treat their other clients, but I had an extremely bad experience.

Joseph Kilbane did not properly assist us when we contacted him to file our taxes. It is my opinion that he didn't want to take the time or energy to assist us and in our opinion, probably should just retire already. For those reasons, we took our business elsewhere. When we informed him that we were not going to use him, he did not ask why, apologize or try to keep our business in any way. Believe it or not, he sent us a bill although he did absolutely nothing besides shuffle paper and stare at us blankly... unbelievable. I would not recommend him, there may be others in his office more capable, but we can only speak from our experience with him directly.
