I did my tax return last year here,it was good. So I came to this branch again, it's horrible…read moreservice especially time management!! Making appointment means nothing!! They never value your time at all. I made an appointment the first time, waited for 20mins, they sent an assistant knowing nothing about how to do the work, and then told me to make another appointment, then I came again...the staff is sick and nobody told me....then I sacrificed my lunch time to make appointment@12:15 and come again....and I'm waiting here 40mins, now it's 12:55pm, They told me they are still with the client before me.... and ask me to wait for another 15mins!!! How poor time management it is!! I will never come back to this office again!
