Now, my premium is coming due again. She raised my premium $159.00/yr. Again, no claims! It's been over 10 years since I've had any claim on my house. My mortgage has gone up because of her! AND, she is forcing upon me a reduction in coverage to boot! She says my roof is 80 years old. It's not. It was replaced in 1997 with a Aluma-Lock Roof Shingles. It's a LIFETIME roof. I understand it's important to correct the staff but she just straight up yells at them and in front of the customers. I've been with them for years and just recently (since the beginning of the year) I noticed this behavior started to happen. She needs to learn how to talk to the staff privately or maybe hold meetings periodically so the customers don't have to hear it because I honestly feel bad for the girls. We went for a…read moresimple matte wrap to make our car stand out among all of the other gray vehicles in the parking lot. We're pleased with the outcome. They do a little bit of everything here, signs, wraps, flags, T's, and probably more. Their store has a whole lot of stuff that you can take with you, it looked like mostly flags but I didn't look at everything - I was a little overwhelmed by the amount of stuff. The owner was polite and his 2 dogs are sweet. I feel badly that I don't remember his name. We usually repeat it *to* them and then say it again to ourselves as we leave and yet, I still forgot. I mistakenly walked out without a copy of the sales ticket. One wasn't offered, so it was easy to have forgotten it. Later I texted them and asked them to send me an image of it, which I got. We picked up the car and it looked terrific. One thing they do not do is window tint, but he's got a guy (Luis). I was able to get the windows tinted at the same time as the car wrap (which I appreciated, I can't be without my car for too long).There was a bubble on one of the windows when we picked it up, the tint guy responded as soon as he could and we schedule an appointment for him to remove and replace. Luis and I had scheduling problems and he was a terrific sport about working with my crazy schedule (it's not been replaced yet, I will come edit my review if it gets replaced and something is wrong).
