Absolutely terrible service at a very high price. I went there early March. They where all booked up and couldn't see me with out an appointment (that is very understandable. no complaints there) So I decided to use the drop off service. I was told that it should be available by Wednesday. I called them Saturday to see if I could pick it up. I was told someone would call me back. About 30 min later I just went there to see why. I was told someone was working on them now. I asked why it isn't done. It has been 8 days. I want to know why I has been 8 days. Why there was a hold up without a phone call and what discounts I can expect to get. I was told the lady working on them is with someone now (which is odd because I was also told she was working on my taxes right now) I was also told she had 2 appointments and can call me around 11. (When I'm sleeping as I work midnights) I asked for my stuff back so I can go somewhere else. She said she was with a client so I started to walk toward her office to get my forms back myself when she finally interrupted the session to get my stuff so I can leave. I really needed to get this out of the way. I wanted to have this done so as well as planning to pay for it out of this check. This really put a major change in my schedule as well as a major headache. I suggest if your willing to pay $70-$90 just to have someone simply e-file your taxes, practically anyone else would be better. I know I sound bitchy but these are supper high fees they charge for there services. I expect value for my dollar. I'm paying for convenience here. Imagine if you performed this way for your boss.
