I called several times to figure out what was going on and found out that my report (which includes my SS# and other confidential information) was sent to the wrong address. When I called him about the risk of my identity he says, "they probably didn't open it". I paid him a good amount of money and along with this incident I felt like he didn't try his best. He never asked me questions too see if I qualified for any tax breaks. I asked HIM to make sure he wasn't missing anything.

Last year, I brought all my stuff and went over to the office and stood looking in their service window to wait for the lady sitting by the window to acknowledge me and take my stuff. Well, she looked right at me, and went right back to whatever it was she was doing. I peered inside and saw a busy office. I didn't know what to do; I kept expecting her to open the window but as the minutes ticked by I realized she was determined to ignore me. I looked at my watch, and gave it a few more minutes as I picked another tax place to go to. I finally left wondering how anyone can ignore a customer standing right in front of them. I also work in customer services, and wouldn't treat my worst client this way. The are tons of tax places that all offer the same thing at similar prices --know how they can set themselves apart?
