"Professional" is the last word that comes to mind when I think of this place. Berenice was the one that "helped" me. I hired her to help me obtain K1 and K2 visas for my fiancée and her two kids. I paid her $500 to do this, and she helped me to get the I-129f approved. When I got the approval letter from USCIS, she said to wait for my fiancée to get a letter from the embassy. When the letter never came, I started doing my own research and found out that I had to apply for the visas myself (which my "lawyer" never even told me). When I confronted her about this, she said i started disrespecting her and insulting her, and has avoided all of my calls, texts, and emails.......for the past year! When I call the office, she is always not available. How unprofessional!! Don't go here if you don't want to lose your money, or if your immigration case is complicated, she probably doesn't know.
