Mr. O'Meara doesn't overcharge, and I always get money back. I live in California, but am from Connecticut, and he still does my California returns. I mail him everything, and he takes care of it. His office is very nice, and his staff is friendly. He files everything electronically, and you can get your tax return money back via direct deposit. Important information was entered incorrectly on our tax forms. I called twice the next day to try and get in touch with Tyrone so that we could fix the error in time to file by the deadline. I left two messages (one with the front desk and one with Deborah, both who are very sweet), but I never received a call back. Being desperate to file by the deadline, I submitted my taxes using online software this morning. I called Frontier again this afternoon to explain what happened, and Deborah agreed to a refund. Hours later, after business hours, I received a call from Tyrone, who did not acknowledge that an incorrect name and social security number on the forms was a problem for filing. He refused the refund. His phone manner was aggressive and made me uncomfortable, not business-like at all. I would say the problem is that he was not motivated to fix this situation until he was asked for a refund. Very, very disappointed that we lost so much money for nothing in this deal.
