Unfortunately, the meeting did not meet those expectations. The interaction felt cold and dismissive, and I did not feel comfortable asking questions or getting clear explanations. Instead of feeling guided, I felt like my concerns were brushed aside, which made the experience frustrating and unproductive. A first meeting with a CPA should feel welcoming and educational, but this one left me feeling the opposite. Because of how the appointment went, I made the decision to move forward with a different professional who better aligns with the level of communication and respect I was expecting.
