She assured me I could and it would be free. I didnt get statements until months later showing me they had been draining my account every month for hidden fees. I asked the woman that signed me up why I was missinformed and she had no real answer for me. The bank manager had no excuses or apologies either. I have 2 other great federal credit unions (educators credit union and RBFCU) that really ARE free and know their jobs their getting paid for. It's still NOT my job to do the jobs of bankers ect...I'm NOT the one getting paid for it.
