Everything you could possibly imagine that could go wrong did go wrong. Here's a list of things you can expect to happen if you use his services: a) Seldom does he answer his phone at office or cell. Sometimes, he would return calls days and days later if you can leave a message, because his voice mail is always full so good luck. And email is the same way, takes forever to answer you. b) Doesn't respect his customer's time and asks you to sometimes meet him at weird locations (restaurants or at your home) to discuss your account with him. Who in their right mind wants to go to a public restaurant after business hours and spend money to talk about your business and taxes, while strangers can overhear how much you make? c) Expect late fees on your taxes - good luck ever getting your taxes filed on time. d) Unorganized, loses your important documents, leaves other people's tax documents in plain sight all over his office, very unprofessional. He may be knowledgeable in taxes, but he is not certified and if you do not know the difference between hiring a Certified Public Accountant versus hiring a non-certified accountant, look it up first.
