Their Debit card machine was working. Whatta know! I walk in the Cass Ave O2 Bank had a banker named Connie Villagomez take me to sit down at a desk, ask me what I needed and I had my new Debit card in less than 10 minutes. I just want the O2 Bank to know what kind of employee Connie is. I went from being literally a disgusted customer at the Boughton Rd. I handed the teller my card along with my Driver's license. From then in the transaction took 10 minutes. They have the WORST customer service. I also bank in wisconsin at a credit union. Gave the girl my card not even a Driver's license gave her the same $200. It took me under 1 minute. She didn't have to punch anything in the computer. It was a simple transaction, unlike it was. Dealing with old second national bank. You guys are a joke and Whomever is in charge of your customer service.They need to rethink it because since you took over from westerbour bank , you people are horrible.

I mean, back in the day, you went to a bank to get interest on your accounts and have them help you make money. Chase isn't interested in helping "the little guy" like Marquette is. I stopped in at Marquette and was greeted very warmly. They took the time to understand my situation (I needed several business accounts), waived a few fees for checks, stampers, etc., and did a great job of keeping everything straight. I've since moved a few of my personal accounts there and I couldn't be happier with their service! As for the other reviewer who commented about holding checks, it's a standard bank practice, but you're only notified when your accounts are depleted. Let me put it this way... If you have $100 in your account and you deposit a $1000 check, they hold it until it clears so they don't lose money if you withdraw $1000 and the check bounces. Similarly, if you have $5000 in your account and you deposit a $1000 check, they deposit it, but don't make the funds available until it clears. Unless you try to withdraw more than $5000, they're not going to even bother telling you the check is being held because most people don't spend money that fast when they've got a nice balance cushion. It's not a personal affront, it's just the way the bank keeps from losing money on bounced checks. You're going to find that this is the case everywhere. Anyway, if you're looking for a new bank, check out Marquette! In the 20 years I've been banking, I've never been happier than I am with Marquette. Their services, range of services, and general customer service are top notch!
