Upset that no one is home now. Finally called me and I told them I will be back in 30 mins. They came inside and tried to tell me I needed all of these things. Told them I didn't need them and they said then we can't do the install. Ask the guy to leave and he did. The best part was he said it would take 6 hours to do the job and drain the old tank. Now I know why they are behind.

He told us we just needed a snake, even though I told him we've had that done many times and the problem must be bigger. He just said it would be a lot of work and wouldn't give us any options other than a basic snake. He said they would be in touch with us to set it up. No one called until much later when reception contacted us wondering what ended up happening. I guess the estimator never told them. We contacted Korrect plumbing instead and they have been great. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave us our options and got to work as soon as they could.
