We had a drain line for our laundry tub get clogged up at home. I tried two different 25 ft "snakes" that I had, but it remained clogged......so I called in the professionals from Korrect. I went to their website, and submitted a "Contact Us" form around 6:15PM (since it wasn't an "emergency", I didn't call them directly). I received a reply from them saying: "Thank you for contacting Korrect Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.! We have received your message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible" ...and I waited for them to call me back the next day... ...and waited... (hence my reduction of 1 star from their rating). ...and waited... I ended up calling them directly around 3:30PM the following day. I verified my home address, and set up an appointment for the following morning. As promised, their technician Nevin called me the following morning when he was on his way. Unfortunately, despite having verified my home address with the main office the previous day, he had been sent to a similar (yet very different) address about 10 minutes away. In any case, Nevin showed up, and QUICKLY snaked out the drain, after asking me questions to verify the scope of the problem. It turns out that the clog was about 40 feet into the drain system, beyond the reach of my 25 ft "snakes." Nevin not only cleared the clog, but also went down into my home's crawlspace to make sure that his efforts hadn't resulted in a broken pipe. SUGGESTION FOR KORRECT: 1) Please make sure that your "Contact Us" form on your website is working correctly. 2) When a customer repeatedly VERIFIES their home address with you on the phone, please ensure that the address the customer gives you ends up being updated in your system (so your technician doesn't waste your company's time hunting for the customer location). We mistakenly hired an idiot to install a new water heater after ours went out. The idiot destroyed copper pipes and installed it so unsafely we couldn't even run it, for fear of burning down the house or dying from CO poisoning.
