I've been cutting my own foam core backing for my art prints - it's tedious, and difficult without a good work space for it, not to mention too easy to make a mistake cutting by hand. The process was really stressful and rushed due to so many customers being crammed into a tiny store waiting to be helped. The associate was impatient and did not give me time to closely measure the prints, and the ruler they gave me to verify the photo measurements was beat up and inaccurate. The photos ended up being the wrong size and poorly lit. Total waste of $20. When I emailed the store asking for a resolution, I received a really dismissive response. Avoid at all costs.
