After 3 hours and several calls back to the service I was told they didn't have a vehicle that could tow me and I would have to spend the night in my car until 8 a.m. the next day before anything would be available. I started my service ticket at 9 p.m. They did process my payment immediately, instead of when the tow truck was dispatched, and when I cancelled the service they charged me a cancellation fee. I got another company from a little farther away to come get me and they showed up within 20 minutes and charged me over $100 less than the quote from A Plus.

When parts were needed, he drove us to the auto parts store. Unfortunately, the parts would not arrive until the next day and we still needed a tow. He was very careful when hooking our vehicle up and delivered us and vehicle to the front door of our destination. Even after dropping us off, he offered to come and get it to come and help us the next day if needed. Very professional, affordable, and courteous. Definitely recommend this company for your needs.

Customer service was…read morenot her forte.. when confronted after she lied to the sales person about her conversation with me, I called her back after finding out about her made up conversation, she over talked while I was talking to her, yelling at me and in essence, her poor communication skills ( should take some classes on responsibility and customer care ), no integrity and most of all, lying about our conversation and her demeanor. She gives a pretty poor representation of the service department. The sales person tried to make it better by providing a pick up of my vehicle, the drop off of a loaner and a return of of my vehicle after service. But..a dangerous issue was taken care of on warranty and the back tires that were ruined by the issue,, were not replaced, they supposedly were after only 1 yr old. So the experience of my $60,000 purchase of a new vehicle last year, which had a seriously dangerous issue, by the way, put me in a 6 foot ditch, and more than a few near misses of accidents on the expressway. All of this were within a year from purchase and still on warranty..was just short of a nightmare! To make a defense of poor customer service and ignorance by a service advisor is an understatement for sure. As I told the salesperson, I was informed i now needed 2 new back tires for the cost of $500, and would I like to have them installed from a service technician that day because of the issue. To make another complaint.. the sim card for the navigation system was removed at the test drive that day, my husband saw him do it but didnt know what he was doing, well that will be another $30, thank you very much. They checked out the hands free phone application instead of the stated navigation app issue.I can take my vehicle to any Buick dealer for maintenance and vehicle performance issues and will do that from now on. If this helps someone to know what they might experience at this dealership, it helps me to digest this maddening, disappointing experience this past week. All because I called to let them know I'd be less than 30 minutes late for my appt that day... to see if that was OK. I was being respectful. I said "WHAT"?? The car only had 48000 miles on it and I drove it into their parking lot just a screeching!! S0, they show me the paperwork and it does have listed a "rear" brake pad kit, so they are saying that this is what they replaced, the rears and not the fronts!!! Wait a minute, I drove it into the lot and I know which set of brakes they replaced!!! I don't care what the paperwork states, clerical error Im assuming. They would not budge, said I was wrong and basically called me a liar!!! Now I may be getting a little older but I do know my way around a car a little and Ive been scammed by some pretty creative people, but I didn't think I would be treated so rudely and called a liar to my face!
