First visit July 6: we took our spark jet ski to Spicer's because it would beep and shut off. We…read morefigured it was a sensor but weren't sure. their tech spent 6 hours diagnosing a problem and had to split the haul. Said it was spark plugs. $1100. We put it in the water and the jet ski now did not beep but now would not go faster than 32 mph. Also, they lost our oil cap and had to reorder one. Second visit July 13: they took less than an hour to diagnose a throttle sensor. This was another $400 charge. We put it in the water and issue remained the same- would not go above 32 mph which typically means it isn't firing all cylinders. Third visit July 27: when we dropped it off they claimed "this is on us". They split the haul again and claimed the connector had been bent and the fix was an engine harness for $1400. We asserted that this had to have been done by their tech on visit 1 as no one has touched that since it was manufactured. They claim it was the problem all along. Picked it up on aug. 5 the haul was still split. We got it home and we bent the connector to make it tight. The jet ski has worked perfectly since then.

After the purchase they introduce you to the service and parts people and I also got a great demonstration on how all the new goodies work. These new sleds are just as hi-tech as cars these days! In addition, he climbed on top of our trailer and found that one of the exterior wiring ports had not been sealed, causing water to leak into the bedroom, which he then patched. Also while picking the replacement TV our bunk slideout malfunctioned, and Mr. Caverson asked one of the techs, named Michael, to look for the problem. He discovered the reason and showed me how to fix it myself should it reoccur, which it did a couple more times before we were able to get the slideout motor replaced at our Kansas City destination. Great professional work, likely preventing dangerous traveling conditions. Camping World is fortunate to have these two exceptional employees on its team!

D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. Are you kidding me? Hang up on me? Read other 1 star reviews, this lady is a disaster. The tow truck itself hit the other car so hard that in punctured the tow trucks gas tank.
