My greatest experience and gift was given to me today , by Jacob my curbside individual his empathy and kindness and true gift of concern shows me there are still great people in this world I've had wonderful experiences at HEB in Beeville and a trip to Mathas. I called the store manager to let them know about this experience! I really appreciate you Jacob I hope your getting the same appreciation you give out . This stoid horrible. Especially their management. I cannot stand in front of anything while they send their employees to include management to follow me. How can I contact the corporate office? Had a great experience today at this HEB Mark who was covering the deli went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. I need white cheddar for a recipe and he cut a 40 lb block Dow into a size that could be slice even though it was not in the case!! Everyone should work at this level of service. read more

This is for the floral dept! I ordered an arrangement for delivery and I couldn't be happier! It was so beautiful and the flowers were so fresh! The first pic is the day I got them and the 2nd pic is 5 days later! Maricela did an excellent job and she is so sweet to work with. I highly recommend coming here for arrangements. And just for the record I spent less than $100 on this amazing arrangement!! read more

There hasn't been a review here in a while. So, I thought it's about time to give this HEB another review. This is my hometown HEB, so I'm here ALL THE TIME, except for when I have to go to HEB Plus in Victoria or go to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or Costco in San Antonio for items I can't find in Beeville. Just to let you know, if you're on a Paleo diet, HEB has a few selections you can choose from. Those items you need to go to Whole Foods in San Antonio. However, everything here is decently priced and if you don't care what you eat, then this is not a bad store for you. There really isn't a big fruit selection if we are going to compare to other same size HEB's near by, like the one in Kenedy or Cuero. But, the quality is WAY better than Walmart. That is for sure. Most of my reviews I really base my stars on customer service. I feel that is really important to me. To be honest with you. I'm really trying not to be biased because this is my Beeville HEB. I tend to be that way just a tad when rating Beeville business. This store actually deserves a 3 star. There really is nothing special about this particular HEB. The special items you need are not there, it seems like there are not really enough cashiers when the big crowds come in, BUT... this is big BUT here. Every time I come to this store, everyone is really nice. The cashiers when not rushed, can be very helpful and making suggestions. I have NEVER had a problem with any employee at this store being rude or remotely close to throwing out negative energy. I get positive energy from all who work there. Because of that, I gave this HEB a 4 star for now. There is a bank at this HEB called First Convenience Bank. I don't know anything about that bank as I bank with a bank out of town. read more

I used to be a big H‑E‑B fan. Being from Beeville, I worked here as did almost every high school teen. My experience working there was a great one for the most part although being "let go" because I was constantly being scheduled during my college courses and having to switch shifts with people or call in when nobody could cover. But this morning I had the worst experience ever, I used to come in every morning at opening for their famous "Long Johns" and they never failed to have them. This morning, I waited over an hour and a half after opening and their donuts weren't even halfway full and when I asked the man working in the bakery, he was extremely rude and told me he hadn't even started the Long Johns and they were nowhere near getting there and I'd have to wait until he was ready. I would have accepted a simple, "we haven't started them yet" but the added rudeness was not necessary. Customer service used to be great at H‑E‑B but these days, the workers seem cold and distant. While waiting for my donuts, I overheard a group of 4 curbside shoppers talking about how lazy those who order curbside are and how they intentionally mess up orders to "teach them a lesson" and then laughing about it." I have cancer and use curbside ordering a few times after my chemotherapy when I'm too weak to do the physical shopping myself and I know others use it for their own personal reasons, but these workers need to learn that not everyone is as lucky or physically capable as they are and step up and treat others with respect. H‑E‑B in Beeville used to be a good and happy place, now I dread going there. read more

No one has ever been very friendly, the times I've gone. A cashier forgot to bag a couple of my items, and after driving all the way home and realizing, I called the store. I talked to an ASM named Rosa and she seemed like she could care less and was not apologetic at all. I drove back and got what was left from off the shelf and she was standing there in the business center and made eye contact with me but never said anything, looking annoyed. I use to work with HEB in Houston and we were definitely taught how to treat customers with outstanding service. I cannot stand this HEB.... read more

This place cares about its customers!! I like the new remodels and layout. Stay away from Walmart and go to HEB!

Ordered a birthday cake at the bakery 2 days before I needed it. It was a beautiful cake and was delicious! It was adorned with a beautiful ribbon with a Happy Birthday inscription. The woman who took my order was very accommodating and polite. Considering I ordered the cake so last minute, I was happily surprised with the outcome. Highly recommend this bakery! read more
