Disappointing selection. Mediocre staff. The store…read moreappeared to be in disarray. The clothes weren't put away and the overall look appeared disorganized. We've been to NEXs around the world and this is by far one of the worst. The prices of toiletries were higher than the HEB or Walmart in town. The electronics selection was scant and the few available could be purchased for less online (even factoring in the no tax advantage of the NEX). The shoe selection for women and children was abysmal. There were a few more items for the men, but not much. Considering the south Texas location, you'd think they'd have more sandals. Overall I'd pass if you have an opportunity to go to another location.

This Navy Exchange has many good products especially during Black Friday sales. Came here to…read morepurchase a 55' Samsung Ultra 4K TV and was surprised they had plenty available. Other exchanges such as AAFES run out of products like this. This Navy Exchange always has many good sales and promotions. Next year I will make it a priority to come to this exchange for awesome Black Friday sales. The employees are very helpful and provide awesome customer service. I highly recommend this store for great specials and deals throughout the year especially during the Christmas season.

Orders made in store take to long to come in ! I ordered a dress in store to be delivered! they…read morewould not deliver it to my house so I had to deliver it to the store which was fine ! then I came in to get it and it did not come in it took a full three weeks to come in when it finally came in I tried it on and it didn't fit so I needed to return it they told me you have maxed out your days of 60 days and I told them I just got the dress yesterday it does not fit I want to exchange or return the lady told me well that is unable to be done so ,I had to get a manager and finally they. Decided to return it due to the fact that it was not in my possession for the days of the 60 days for me to return it but that is ridiculous so I don't think I will be shopping there and less I get to try on the items in the store because their special order take too damn long! but they do have an excellent choice of jewelry and clothes if you can find your size in the store and they have plenty issues but only have size 7 and up
