He wanted to paid up front and then said he would be back in 2 weeks to clear the cut tree and grind the stump. My neighbor had used him before and we were so happy to have the tree cut off of our house so quickly that we agreed. Well he cut the tree down and then we never saw him again!!! When you call his business you only get an answering service. After 3 weeks I tried to call. I got a message back from him that we were 12th in a line of jobs. BUT we were first the day after the storm.....so how could THAT be I said back on the answering machine??? It is now 6 weeks later and no sign of him. NOT A WORD!!! AND he even came back to do a job for my neighbor that recommended him and he told my neighbor that he never promised us to come back and clear(which is a LIE) and he said to check our receipt. When I looked at the receipt he only wrote down "cut down tree". So that we cannot prove that he ever intended to come back!!!!!! SNEAKY AND DECEITFUL AND NEVER HAD ANY INTENTION OF EVER COMING BACK!!!! My neighbor was floored that he would scam his close neighbor and not care about future recommendations for his own business. BE WARY---this guy is out to take advantage and he is DISHONEST. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS DECENT!!!!!!

We paid them $7,000 -- a wildly overpriced amount -- but because they did a good job for us in 2022, we trusted them again. That trust was a huge mistake. It is now three months later and my yard is still in complete despair. The owner, Joe, specifically agreed to also remove the stump, and yet it still sits rotting in my backyard. Because of this, weeds have overtaken the space and my family hasn't been able to enjoy our backyard the entire summer. I have called, texted, and left voicemails multiple times. Joe occasionally responds just enough to string me along, then disappears to chase new projects and new customers' money, while completely ignoring the work I already paid him for. His behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and absolutely disgraceful. At this point, I've contacted officials, and my attorney will be handling this matter moving forward. Save yourself the money, time, and stress -- this company will scam you, waste your summer, and leave your yard in worse condition than before.

Had a giant, massive tree removed in front of my property…read more 1. Little to no communication. Was told I needed to have police come (an extra not cheap cost) at 8 am. So why didn't A & H's team show up until closer to ten? "They're coming, don't worry." Easy for him not to worry; I'm the one paying. When I asked Javier about it, "don't worry, you'll get reimbursed back for the time." -Never happened. Never saw a dime of that back. 2.-A year later, needed to get the remainder of the stump ground down. They wouldn't commit to a day or time, or time frame. Told me they'd give me notice. They texted me an hour before. I wasn't home. Did they grind it? -Hardly. They were there and left within 45 minutes, and lo and behold, the stump was not ground sufficiently. 3. We had to have them come back, further cost, and at no point do they EVER remove the mulch. So this is just cost upon cost. And yet again, no communication. 4. At no point do they communicate clearly. Javier seems bothered, constantly. People are dropping thousands of dollars for services, and he seems annoyed, quite frankly. Would leave messages, for about 2 weeks continuously getting told someone would call back. -I'd wait a few days, no call back. The most frustrating experience.
