Inside there are all sorts of goodies for sale - they carry an extensive selection of watches and Christening gifts along with an engraving service. They also have a watch-repair point which is extremely useful. When I've had occasion to use them, the staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to find out if my repairs could be done. They do repairs in good time, and will always offer to phone you to let you know when the items are back in for collection. Reasonable prices and very good quality items, along with good service.

I have a watch that I bought in America, and every other local jewellers could not remove the back of the watch in order to replace the battery - he did it in seconds, with no marks on the watch at all! His prices are reasonable too. I've not used the jewellery repair or manufacturing side of the business, but he knows his stuff (unlike a lot of the chain jewellers).
