She also provided amazing referrals for the work that was done. At her recommendation the construction work was performed by M3 Remodeling, they provided outstanding work at a competitive price. Work done included removing a wall separating two rooms, converting the fire place into a very eye catching feature, new floors, full master bathroom transformation, furniture for the entire home, new artwork and more. Think you can't afford an interior designer? Don't be so sure. My husband and I bought some…read morefurniture (impulse buy) less than 9 months ago and have been sorry from the day it arrived. Funny how fabric on a 6-inch swatch looks totally different on a large sofa. After many arguments and fruitless hours looking for just an area rug, we were left with only three options. 1. Divorce with a custody battle over who had to take the furniture. 2. Take up smoking so we could accidentally set the sofa on fire. 3. Hire an interior designer. The least costly of the three. We went with the latter, and it was the best decision we could have made. I found Suzanne on a Google search, not the preferred way to find a designer, but we lucked out. She is flexible and will provide as much or as little guidance in the design process as you would like, anything from just a consultation on paint color to actually shopping for and purchasing the furnishings, the route we chose. Suzanne is fast, too. Within a week of getting our painting completed, she had purchased and arranged for delivery of all of our new furnishings (she also used what we had already bought). We were not allowed to see the room until it was completed, just like on HGTV. I used to think the shocked look on the homeowner's face was well-rehearsed, but my husband and I could not believe it was the same room! And although we had the option to return anything we did not like, of about 30 items she chose for us, which included everything from furniture and accessories to lighting and artwork, we returned one piece. And this is from someone who thinks they need self-check return lines. She was always mindful of our budget, which was probably pathetic by Scottsdale standards, but you can't tell by the finished project (I have posted a couple photos). She also offers redesign services, using your existing stuff in new ways. As for the area rug, we love what she chose. Unfortunately, so do the two destruction machines that sneak out every night to claw it. We're hitting PetsMart this weekend for devices to scare the crap out of them, wait I don't need that on the rug either! I'm sure the puking on it will come sooner rather than later.

Very disappointing experience with Kreiss. I purchased a sofa based on a fabric swatch that was…read moreclearly a darker color. I specifically told the salesperson I needed a dark sofa because I have a black cat. When the sofa was delivered, it was noticeably lighter than the swatch used to sell it. When I raised the issue and provided a photo , Kreiss first said the swatch was positioned differently in the weave. After I provided more photos showing the same discrepancy from multiple angles, they said the difference was just "normal dye lot variation." The contract also contains extensive fine-print terms that appear to limit customer protections and discourage refusing delivery--none of which were explained during the purchase. When I tried to raise the issue and withheld the remaining balance to encourage a discussion, I was told I should have requested an "approval cutting" and was threatened with legal action and attorneys' fees. There were also delivery delays and poor communication despite my requests for advance notice. I ultimately paid the balance, but I'm now stuck with an expensive sofa that does not match the swatch used during the sale. Based on my experience, buyers should review Kreiss's contract terms very carefully before purchasing.

I hired Staged to Sell Design Services (owned by Lou) to stage my rental property in Cave Creek, AZ…read morein July 2025. I feel compelled to share my experience to help other property owners make informed decisions: Pros: -Quick initial response to concerns -Willing to remove furniture promptly when issues were raised Cons: -Poor quality of furnished items delivered -Furniture showed significant wear and damage -Items were noticeably dirty and poorly maintained -Unprofessional handling of refund situation -Poor follow-through on promises I paid $3,654.02 for staging services, but the quality of furniture delivered was severely substandard. My realtor documented approximately 40 photos showing multiple issues including: -Deep scratches and chips on furniture -Worn finishes -Stained upholstery and rugs -Excessive dust (furniture was so dirty you could write in the dust) -Generally dated and worn items When these issues were brought to the owner's attention, the same day as delivery, he initially offered a 50% refund and immediate destaging. However, despite multiple follow-up communications and providing my refund details, I have yet to receive any refund as promised. The owner cited a non-refundable clause in the contract, but this shouldn't apply when the service quality falls significantly below professional standards. While I understand staging companies have high overhead costs, delivering poor-quality, damaged, and dirty furniture is unacceptable for a professional staging service. What's more disappointing is the failure to honor the promised partial refund. I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting any furniture before signing off on services from this company and getting any promises in writing. I attempted to resolve this matter privately multiple times before posting this review. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through on promised resolution left me with no choice but to share my experience to help others make informed decisions.
