I also arranged to drop off my truck and pick it up later the same day. The 3M tint looks great on my truck. I went with the Ceramic option (middle tier) due to the lack of fading and quality that 3M is known for. When talking to an employee after picking up my truck, I was told that they have been using 3M for over 15+ years and they haven't had someone come back with an issue. Additionally, I dropped of the truck at lunch and I was able to pick up the truck right after work. It was ready when I got there. Overall I have to say that I'm very happy with my purchase. Few days later I noticed a hair so when I visited for the second appointment they took care of it no problem. Final results look great. No questiones asked other then to see it in person. they offered to have a body shop repair the paint and went above by offering to install a leveling kit free of labor charge. They even went as far as pointing out some overspray they noticed that I didn't and had that quickly removed. They even took the tail bed off and bringing to the shop themself so literally no work on my part! All in all a great Exp with a great and honest company. Hard to come by these days. I will recommend them to anyone now. They have earned my future business to say the least.
