We called Discount Tire to verify they had the tire we needed in stock. They had the tire but the tow would be pushing it to get it there by closing time. We stayed in touch and we arrived at the service center at 5:55. THEY STAYED AND TOOK CARE OF OUR TIRE REPLACEMENT. WOW! WE'LL definitely use Discount Tire anytime we have tire needs.

Customer service was helpful. But I had to come back because two of my tires were placed in facing…read morethe wrong way. My truck ask for 65 psi. They only had about 51-53 psi the first time. That's when I noticed they placed in wrong. Even when they flipped the tires the right way, I specifically asked for 65psi. I even asked the technician if he made sure he set them to 65 psi. He assured me he did. I took out my gauge reader before I left and they were set to 55 psi. Good people, but make sure your wheels are installed right.
