I have bought like 10 items 3 months ago which I needed for later usage. When I wanted to use the items, I have seen that one of the magnet alarm has not been taken out from one of the kitchen aprons that I have bought. I went to the shop and explained to them very politely that I do not have the receipt because it is been 3 months but if needed I can show my bank statement for the purchase history and maybe you can look up for it if confirmation needed. The apron's tag was still on it which again could have been seen from the system easily with the barcode when and where it has been purchased. Its cost also was 9 EUR, so basically a low probability of stealing such an item. It wasn't my job who deals with the magnets and it was their fault to begin with that they did not take it out. Secondly, I remember very vividly that when we left the shop with my wife, the alarm went "beep beep" but the security guy working at the HnM told that it's okay, its just alarm system does that sometimes and I left the shop, again shop staff mistake. However, when I waste my additional time and coming back to the shop for double mistake they have made, they did not even want to correct their mistakes and told me till the end that it is MY FAULT that I did not keep the receipt (tag and barcode still on the item, could have easily been looked up from the system that paid by my card which has my name and I can prove it with my ID). In addition, I have been at HnM in many different countries and encountered similar issues but never faced with such an attitude from staff when it is their mistake and I approach them with absolute politeness. Instead, they ruined my day, they argued with me, blamed with me and most importantly unabled me to use the item when I needed and wasted my time. If they would be efficient or know how to their job, it could have been a win-win situation. From now on, I am sure they lost at least 5 customers from my family and you can contact me for further information. Thanks for such gratitude for the loyal customer for many years. The prices are also fairly reasonable. I bought a shirt that was marked down to only 5€. But, one big gripe is that only cash is accepted. What I bought wasn't too expensive, but I can't imagine what someone who wanted something really expensive would do. The business hours are also very reasonable: I was happy that they opened so early, and were available on Saturday. Just don't forget to bring cash!

h & m dazu kann man doch eigentlich nur sagen dass es einfach geil ist dort einzukaufen! ich finde immer irgendwas und die kleidung ist auch nicht zu langweilig. es ist immer was für den persönlichen geschmack dabei. und man kann die kleidung auch super kombinieren. der preis ist auch sehr angemessen man kann sich wunderbar damit zufriedenstellen für jeden typ gibt es etwas ob ausgefallen elegant stilvoll sportlich lässig bei h und m findet jeder was auch die personen die es meistens schwer haben etwas passendes für das aussehen und die figur zu finden. die accesoires sind auch immer sehr schön und passen meist zu allem einfach toll .. preis ist dazu auch sehr passend und besonders in frankfurt hat man viel auswahl in den hennes und mauritz filialen da es 3 verschiedene davon gibt. also imemr schönb bei hundm kaufen das macht echt spas :) read more

Der H&M in Frankfurt ist eigentlich wie jeder andere H&M. Was jeder mittlerweile weiß ist, dass nicht jeder H&M die gleichen Klamotten anbietet. Diesen H&M finde ich nicht so gut ausgestattet. Wenn man aber öfter mal hingeht dann findet man durchaus schonmal kleine Schätze :) Wenn man also ein bisschen Zeit mitbringt einfach mal durchlaufen und sich etwas umschauen. read more

Ein Besuch bei bei H&M ist immer etwas anstrengend. Nachmittags ist es immer echt voll und das Personal ist immer gut beschäftigt, aber nagut das brauche ich eigentlich eh nie. Die Klamotten haben aber einfach einen guten Preis und die Qualität ist auch ok, das ist vermutlich auch der Grund dafür das ich öfters wieder komme. read more

Ich schaue meistens schon Online was ich genau haben möchte, so dass der Einkauf ganz schnell geht. die Auswahl ist halt sehr groß und es ist ebenfalls aber auch immer relativ voll. Die Stimmung ist aber meistens recht cool und die Mitarbeiter sind zwar häufig beschäftigt, sind dabei aber ganz cool drauf. read more

Ich bin sehr selten hier, da ich es allgemein eher stressig finde auf der Zeil, aber für ein paar Socken oder einfache weiße T-shirts komme ich gerne mal zu H&M. Die Qualität ist in Ordnung und der Preis ziemlich gut. Wäre dies nicht der Fall, dann würde ich wohl eher woanders einkaufen gehen. read more

Whenever If I need to return an item they are interested in the reason without causing any trouble about it the selection is really good and I really don't know what else to say maybe also that due to the size of the store there are often discount offers as the cloth can hang there longer which is quite cool. They don't play the music too loud and you have enough space to walk around without feeling like you are always in the way I like it here!
