We bought the replacement InSinkErator, so that only remaining cost was labor. The technician in question was very courteous and professional, and finished the job in about 40 minutes. He did a terrific job. We're very satisfied with the quality of the work. But we still felt snookered by the cost -- the replacement job ended up costing us $531.25!
