When we were looking for a wedding photographer, she was a natural choice. Because we had already used her, we already had high expectations, but somehow she managed to exceed these. From the time we booked her, Amanda was responsive and enthusiastic. She scheduled a phone call to be sure she knew exactly what we were looking for, and to get a better idea of our wedding vision and guests. Her questions were thoughtful and I thought very thorough. Leading up to the wedding, Amanda sent day-of schedules and plans, and scheduled another phone call to ensure we were on the same page and that she would get the kinds of shots we were aiming for. During the wedding, we continuously got comments about how capable, professional, easy-going, sociable, and amazing Amanda was. She seemed to be everywhere at once, and our guests could see how passionate she was about her work! We received almost 30 sneak peek photos not even 12 hours after she left the wedding. We LOVED all of them. She has an amazing way of making her clients feel comfortable, which shines through in her photography style. We felt as though the photos were uniquely "us" and captured the emotion and happiness of the day. 2 weeks after the wedding, we received the full photo album. The photos for all intents and purposes, are gorgeous. They're properly edited and she uses the natural light to her benefit to capture the best angles- they're absolutely stunning. My new husband and I went through them all together and we honestly can't pick a favourite- they're all beautiful! Amanda has an amazing eye for creativity and shots that are outside the ordinary, but completely eye-catchingly beautiful. She managed to capture every photo we had asked for, and the candids that she got of our guests really capture the atmosphere. I seriously can't say enough positive things about Amanda as a photographer. I never imagined that I would be in love with every wedding photo I received, or that they would bring so much emotion back from the day. We plan on never using any other photographer!

So I did my homework and Kissed By Light was the best in Toronto. From what I had found online the work that they do is very artsy. I booked an album package, which was pricey, but I figured I would rather invest a little more and get a great result. That was a safe bet. On the morning of my shoot I met with Lora (the photographer) and Olga. They are both warm and friendly. We started the shoot with a nude shot. Needless to say that was nerve racking. I have never been that naked in front someone that I had just met. They both did a great job in making me feel comfortable and sexy. They kept telling me "ohh this looks hot... ohh you look very sexy like that" It made me feel sexier then I ever have before. After receiving the album I will absolutely recommend Kissed by Light for a boudoir shoot. It was worth every penny and more. I looked sexier then I thought I could and that;s all thanks to these wonderful women!! They are a pleasure to work with, super professional and have wicked talent.

During the shoot Neil was kind, patient, and gentle with my dog and captured her personality perfectly! I searched around alot to find the perfect photographer for my engagement photoshoot. I believe my…read morecriterias were pretty strict as I do a little bit of photography myself as a hobby. So I wanted a photographer that would be able to capture the emotions of my (now) fiancée and the vibe of the moment, but with an artistic touch. I am so happy I found Neil, as the pictures came out exceeding my expectations. Neil is a gifted photographer who is able to use all the elements in the environment to capture beautiful pictures. As we were shooting, I could see him racking up his brain to find the perfect angle and elements in the background for his ideas. He was directing us precisely on how to pose and managed to get us looking really good even though we have no posing experience. Also, I had this whole elaborate plan to surprise my fiancée for the proposal and Neil was very patient and engaged in collaborating with me. Thanks to his willingness to play along, the plan worked out perfectly. It is also interesting to note that during that day, Neil suggested a last minute change in the plan that ended becoming the best decision made. That shows his great creativity and ressourcefulness. All in all, Neil is a talented photographer with a charming personality. Thank you Neil for helping me create this magical moment for my fiancée and me!
