Horrible company. They charge $250 annually for a basic Wordpress site, but will not update…read moreanything. Wordpress is out of date, information is wrong, they didn't even set up email for my domain. I also didn't have administrative access. They will just not give it to you. Unbelievable how bad they are. When I posed as a customer asking how to contact the farm (because the email on the site was wrong) I received a short and snippy reply with "Sent from my iPod" at the bottom. Do not use this company. If you want to keep your domain, you have to stay with them for life apparently. We tried to leave and they would not transfer the domain to us. They sold it to a Japanese company and we will not ever get it back now. Just terrible. I am shocked they are even in business.
