I dropped off the copy on Tues., Matt cleaned it up, centered the ads, added graphics, etc. and had a proof for me while I waited. The books were done later that day. The quality is excellent and the price was extremely reasonable which helped with this fund raiser. We won't have the Convention again for a while but we will be getting our letterhead, envelopes and any posters there. Very, very worth the short drive to Oriskany Falls from Verona.

There are a bunch of different brands to choose from, if you do print on Gildan it's worth it to get the "Softstyle" it's not much more expensive and everyone likes the feel of them better. Printing is really good quality, you can wash them over and over and they haven't cracked yet. I think my first order was about 1.5 years ago and the prints are still good. Chris was able to help with my artwork that I was not sure would print ok. I think I paid $25 to have the artwork fixed and changed to a format that cleaned up all the lines and he we agreed to take away a few colours to make the printing price cheaper which was a good idea. Highly recommend.

Went in to pick it up and it was already bubbling and peeling. I paid $75 plus tax and was told it would be fixed that day. Well another week went by and still not done ! This is what has been done ! The quality of the shirts are garbage, they shrink about 2 sizes over time. The owner "Jeff Shannon" has deleted every negative review from his Facebook page. The absolute deal breaker for me was Jeff's comment to me on 12/31/18 that he thinks that most Veterans that claim to have PTSD are faking it and only claiming it for the money. Being a veteran and having first hand experience with friends dealing with PTSD and this coming from someone who never served disturbs me.

Sometimes I find in this industry they make you feel like you're wasting their time with small scale jobs such as a couple shirts/sweaters but that is not the case here. The first time I went to Carlos Graphics I had a hard time explaining what I was looking for. Even though he seemed busy (I think it was the owner) he took the time looking up text/pictures on line with me to make sure he got it right!
