I was falsely accused of a crime, Toni Novak and Sharron Riggs ( whom was on SSI but could still…read morework?) Never made father follow the court orders. Once I complained to Judge Robert Boyd he told me to basically kiss and make up. I only had one visit when my child was 9, yet I got TWO contradictory reports one good, and after the complaint to the judiciary one bad. I never saw my daughter again, she's 21 and fully alienated. I went through thousands of dollars on unethical supervisors, Tiffany was the worst charging 100.00 an hour or more and her reports in my opinion were crap. They just didn't want to lose their cash cows. The whole supervised visitation program is to make money like everything in Family Court it's just a legal human trafficking for profit industry, lead by opportunities IMHO. You can call the Judicial Council and see how this money making enterprise started with ZERO OVERSIGHT!

I went to them for supervised visitation. If you are doing two hours, they charge more for the…read moresupervisors travel time and gas than for the visit itself. Their handbook of rules states that if custodial parent has the location request then they will be responsible for that cost, but if you didn't get the judge to specify travel, like if you had no idea that issue would arise, then they will make you pay it in spite of their own rules. There's no organization whatsoever. Everybody is always passing the buck or saying they will do the visit so you have sometimes up to three supervisors claiming the visit and it's confusing as can be. Their supervisors talk way too much during a visit that is supposed to be about your children. The whole thing is made even more of a nightmare by going through these people. Do not recommend.

I cannot recommend Ryan Wilber and his firm highly enough. Facing a DUI charge is an incredibly…read morestressful and terrifying experience, but from my very first consultation, they put me at ease. Ryan was highly professional, exceptionally knowledgeable about the local court system, and always straightforward with me about my options. They kept me updated every step of the way and promptly answered all my emails and calls. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we achieved an outcome that was better than I could have hoped for. They helped me after the probation period and got my expungement approved in just a couple of weeks, I'm so very thankful for all they did for me and my family. If you need a DUI attorney, do not hesitate to call Wilber Law, they have your back and best interest above all.

Ryan, I only just noticed your response to my review. Three years may have passed, but the passage…read moreof time does not make the facts any less relevant. You claim that my review is "neither fair nor accurate," yet you do not identify a single statement that is supposedly false. Saying that professional rules prevent you from discussing details is convenient, but it does not explain why your firm failed to appear at my scheduled court hearing, leaving me dangerously close to having a default judgment entered against me. Only after I found another attorney were we able to appear at the last possible moment and protect my case. I was never given a refund only an apology after my case had nearly been seriously compromised. That was not merely a "bad experience," and it certainly was not the "amazing experience" your response advertises. It was a serious professional failure involving a client's legal rights and future. I have no interest in calling your office for a private conversation years later. You had every opportunity to communicate with me properly when I was your client and when it actually mattered. A generic denial followed by a marketing slogan does nothing to address what actually happened. My review remains relevant, and I stand by it.

One star (too bad there aren't negative stars lol!). I deeply regret hiring this attorney…read more I retained him for an extremely high-stakes domestic violence and child-custody matter, where the consequences could not have been more serious. I expected an attorney who would be prepared, assertive, and able to challenge material misrepresentations made by the opposing party. That was not my experience at the hearing. Not even close, it was pathetic. I watched significant factual issues and misrepresentations go inadequately challenged while the case moved toward an outcome with devastating consequences for me and my children. I had to email real-time corrections to them based on evidence already provided, but Counsel did not even look at the factual corrections as cited in my initial documentation until after the hearing, despite the fact that I called their office to flag it. I understand that no attorney can guarantee a particular result, and I am not criticizing him simply because I lost. My criticism is about the quality of representation I felt I received when it mattered most. I did not feel that the evidence, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies central to my case were presented and challenged with anything close to the force, clarity, or preparation that the circumstances demanded. I honestly could have represented myself better... This was the type of hearing where an attorney needed to know the record cold, react quickly when facts were misstated, protect the client's position, and make sure the judge had an accurate picture before making life-altering custody decisions. I left the hearing feeling profoundly underrepresented. I hired counsel precisely because I knew the stakes were too high to navigate alone. Instead, I walked away wishing I had chosen different representation from the beginning. I terminated the attorney-client relationship immediately after the hearing. If you are a white male, definitely hire him. If not, do NOT! Anyone considering this attorney for a contested DVRO or custody matter should ask very detailed questions about how they prepare for evidentiary hearings (they do not lol), how aggressively they address inaccurate testimony, how they plan to present conflicting evidence, and exactly what advocacy you can expect in the courtroom. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend him.
