To begin with. I went through a lot of stress, a HUGE amount of stress while working with this law firm. I needed a local company to represent me in hit and run case. I was a truck driver back then and had so many questions and fears as any other reasonable person would have. It all started pretty well with Ryan specifically. Follow ups and replies were pretty decent at the very beginning. When the case actually started that's when Ryan got sometimes disappeared on me and every time when I tried to follow up he was getting angry and I felt myself lost and lonely. I completely understand when someone is busy but not when it hurts your life and when it comes to your professional duties. And yes never got my money back, just a polite "sorry" that we almost "f**ed up your case". When I'm trying to recall all that stress that I went through with this law firm I'm starting to have panic attacks. I don't know what was the reason for such unprofessional behaviour but definitely not the the right law firm to represent you in life or death matters. Long story short I got a DUI while sitting in my truck parked. Yes, the keys were in the ignition and the engine was running. I called Ryan on the phone and at that time (approx 1.5 years ago) I was in complete distraught. I had so much I could lose such as my job and license. I found myself in a bit of a pickle after getting a DUI with my child in the car. I was referred to Ryan by my previous attorney who was unable to take my case due to having back surgery. From the moment I met Ryan he was amazing. During my consultation I explained what happened and was only driving due to a medical emergency with my wife.
