This super cute shop hosts a nice variety of casual clothing for the 20-30 something. They had plenty of denim (obviously) and lots of cute tops, sweaters, low-key jackets and accessories. I only wish I had more time to pilfer through the stacks! Prices range from $15-$150 mostly. Employees seemed friendly and the store was nice and tidy. I stop here once a week during the summer and fall...I don't always buy something, but I would if I could afford it. I bought a pair of lovely leather boots in Colorado at the Overland there. I loved them. Great…read morequality. Durable. Well a couple of months ago the zipper on one of the boots started to give me trouble. I was very upset because they were expensive and I spent the extra money to buy boots that would last. I got the zipper to work again and then today it completely broke. Well, I thought since the quality was good I'd bring them to a cobbler. Well, the closest cobbler is now 30 minutes away. So I thought I'd see what Lake Geneva Overland would say. They had 100% guarantee and replaced the boots. The was a nominal price difference feom when I bought the original pair. But as Gerald explained to me, they make high quality products and they back them and that should not have happened. My visit today exceeded my expectations and I will definitely continue to be loyal customer. In a world of products with declining quality it's nice to know someone still has our backs! The return policy is not noted at the time of purchase. There is a small sign that was pointed out to me after I attempted to return my item along with the receipt. The return policy is obscure, above eye level and partially covered at the cash register. In addition to the sign being partially covered, there are several other messages and postings surrounding the return policy message, making the area clutter, and difficult to view, since the area is busy, making it difficult to view. Upon learning that the sandals were not returnable, I pointed out store policy to other customers, so they do not have the same experience. I also share the business next-door has the same items for half price. To the owners of this store, please properly post your return policy. Please make sure that your policy is posted in a place where people of all stature and ability, are able to view your policy. An individual in a wheelchair or of short stature would not be able to clearly view this policy. Asking me to leave and threatening to call the police seems like this business does not want your customers to be aware of your allegedly easy to view return policy. My other advice to the business owner is, if you do not want customers to share local business, details and best area deals, this business should make their own prices more competitive to stand out among area competitors. It is understandable that these are difficult economic times. Everyone works hard for their money and is struggling. It is understandable that tourists are looking for the best deal in the area. Please respect the business that tourists bring in. Do not exploit it.
