New to the Lake Geneva collection of shops, I've been to the Milwaukee shop before, and this location is just as adorable. Cute...just cute. B&B fits right in and is a lovely complement to the already quaint scene happening in town. Step inside this old school store front, and you'll be welcomed with a beautiful fresh girlie space filled with all the last minute accessories you might need (or will suddenly need when you walk in here) for your night out on the town. From necklaces, to sunglasses, to handbags, to scarves, to headbands starting at $6, I could have easily purchased one of each, and then some. And, the best part is I would have felt like it was money well spent. Great fun splurge pieces, because every girl needs an extra pair of sunglasses or a clutch or two or three. I can't wait to come back to Lake Geneva and stop in for a little girlie pampering.

My daughter and I were in town and stopped in to see their latest treasures. I was hoping to get another pair of readers but they didn't have big ones like I got before. I did find a cute bracelet and a pair of earrings and my daughter got a layered chain that she loves. The same lady that waited on us last year waited on us. She wraps the jewelry very nicely which we appreciate. Whenever we're in Lake Geneva we make it a point to stop here. read more

A lovely shoppe that sells bracelets, necklaces, earrings, purses and scarves . There are some for kids too like rings. I got a nice 3 pocket chocolate brown crossbody purse. I like it alot !!!! read more

Shopping overpriced Lake Geneva tourist boutiques getting you down? Want to find a special something but not break the vaycay bank? Ladies, pop in here for beautiful variety and tasteful displays with a refreshingly lower price point. There are lots of great choices. We loved the $4 earring rack... A lot of stunners on there that look just as good as more expensive pairs. I guess they are part of a chain? feelfabulousforless.com was on my receipt. Great customer service, too! Everyone in my group found something here. So glad we stopped in! read more

Stumbled upon this gem while staying in Lake Geneva for the weekend! This store has a large selection of bracelets, earrings, purses, sunglasses and bags with great prices. Not your typical over priced small boutique. Love the two bracelets I purchased and I can't wait to check back on new arrivals in the near future! read more

I bought a cute watch, it has a small face and the Clasp is like wearing a bangle. There were several Colors. It was only $20. But still I expected it last a While. 1st one I bought stop working went back to store She gave me a battery. Instead of saying let me call manager. She wasn't there. I could not find someone To put battery. So I decided to go back to see if I could exchange it. I get there she rem me and she said she. Talk to manager And I can exchange. So I did. Now that I'm home the 2watch I got is not working Either! read more

Adorable store, cute stuff, good prices...but I will NEVER return! Rude employees, terrible customer service and too cheap to give an "advertising" handle bag with $35 jewelry purchase. The snippy sales girls stated "that purchase doesn't warrant a bag" "just put your purchase in your friends purse" Mark your damn prices up a buck and give a bag! You would think you would want people walking the around town advertising for you? read more

This place is AWESOME! My girlfriends and I were in Lake Geneva for a weekend getaway and we kind of stumbled upon this gem! It's a cute little boutique-y store. Handbags, wallets, scarves, jewelry. All super cute and inexpensive! We so enjoyed the purchases and experience that we went back the next day. The staff could not have been any nicer or more helpful. Simply a pleasure! Ladies do not pass this place by the next time you're in Lake Geneva! You'll regret it if you do! read more

Adorable shop with great accessories at great prices. From headbands to purses, statement pieces to great everyday jewelry, and everything in between. The staff are more than happy to assist in finding the perfect item and can help you step out of your comfort zone in trying something new and fabulous. It is impossible to walk out empty handed! I have never experienced such bad customer service. I walked in and an older dark hair women was in store and never said one word. So I looked around did not find anything but dollar store items. Beware of this place ladies not a good experience. read more

I ran across this wonderful boutique on my visit to Lake Geneva and everything was just wonderful the purses, jewelry even their sunglasses!!! But what stood out the most was the wonderful customer service I received from Dreanna and Margo!!! It was truly a pleasure shopping in Bangles & Bag and I purchased quite a few unique items!! read more

All I can say is WOW! I went into this store to look for something cute for my beautiful girlfriend and I ended up walking out of the store with so much jewelry for all of my female loved ones. I got my girlfriend a beautiful heart shaped necklace. I got my mom a nice purse and a hat. I got my grandma mittens and a beautiful necklace. You are probably thinking "this all sounds pretty expensive." I only spent $35. That covered my Christmas list without breaking the bank. The stuff looks designer but it is actually affordable. I took my girlfriend back and she got some rings. They were six bucks each! $3 for earrings too! The prices and the quality is unreal. Also disregard the person who gave the one star review. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. They showed a genuine interest and they were very nice. I asked them about the negative review by Kimberley and they said that employee was fired because behavior like that are not tolerated at their stores. Bangles and Bags is the way to go and I recommend it to everyone. read more

It's important to remember that boutique clothing provide an opportunity to obtain unique pieces that not everyone in town wi be wearing. This means you might expect to pay a little more. With that said, I thought the prices were extremely reasonable- $28-$60 or so per piece. I noted some necklaces and other accessories for $12. It's worth noting how extremely friendly the owner is. He was super sweet to my girls. His two dogs were in the shop, and he even brought one to my toddler so she could pet her. These are the types of small businesses to support.

So I thought I'd see what Lake Geneva Overland would say. They had 100% guarantee and replaced the boots. The was a nominal price difference feom when I bought the original pair. But as Gerald explained to me, they make high quality products and they back them and that should not have happened. My visit today exceeded my expectations and I will definitely continue to be loyal customer. In a world of products with declining quality it's nice to know someone still has our backs! The return policy is not noted at the time of purchase. There is a small sign that was pointed out to me after I attempted to return my item along with the receipt. The return policy is obscure, above eye level and partially covered at the cash register. In addition to the sign being partially covered, there are several other messages and postings surrounding the return policy message, making the area clutter, and difficult to view, since the area is busy, making it difficult to view. Upon learning that the sandals were not returnable, I pointed out store policy to other customers, so they do not have the same experience. I also share the business next-door has the same items for half price. To the owners of this store, please properly post your return policy. Please make sure that your policy is posted in a place where people of all stature and ability, are able to view your policy. An individual in a wheelchair or of short stature would not be able to clearly view this policy. Asking me to leave and threatening to call the police seems like this business does not want your customers to be aware of your allegedly easy to view return policy. My other advice to the business owner is, if you do not want customers to share local business, details and best area deals, this business should make their own prices more competitive to stand out among area competitors. It is understandable that these are difficult economic times. Everyone works hard for their money and is struggling. It is understandable that tourists are looking for the best deal in the area. Please respect the business that tourists bring in. Do not exploit it.
