By accident I stumbled over this place during a sightseeing stroll in my hometown. The interior and…read morethe menu look intriguing so I went in for a lunch break. You have to order at the counter in the back where the food is displayed and also freshly prepared. I chose the 'Shawarma' which is chicken and it's being served like all plates with hummus, salad, sauce and traditional bread. To be honest I was suprised how good it was, not blown away but it was still really tasty and the portion was big enough to make me leave very stuffed. The chicken was done just right and the different sauces and sides offered various taste experiences from sweet to spicy. Another nice and pleasant surprise was the audience at the restaurant. I was only on the ground floor and didn't go up to the upper level but the couple of people I saw there and also goign in and out were the mot diverse selection of people I have ever seen in one place in Augsburg, which is a very positive sign for the restaurant and shows it's quality. Definitely a place that I highly recommend and will visit again.

We reached the restaurant situated below ground, but nevertheless friendly and warm. When we ordered from the menù, started the waiters-drama! The orders were continuosly confused and sometimes the waiter just ignored us. I can understand a big group is complicated to manage, but ignoring the clients it's not really professional! At the moment to pay..more drama! It's impossible to pay "divided"! I think they don't really mean to disappoint, maybe it's just not in the culture. But ehy man! you are in Germany, you have to understand the way it is!! Also in Italy we are not used to divide the bill, but in all the Pizzeria in Germany it's possible to do it! It's a shame because the food is really really good (confirmed also from our persian friend ;-) and not expensive at all! The portions are good for big hungry! I hope to read better comments about the service in the future, because this seems to be their main Problem. The waiters are nice guys, just need to pay a bit of more attention! Definitly go there if you don't mind confusion!
