Alot, they don't help where they say they're supposed to help they make you do all the work yes you're supposed to help a little bit and show that you're willing to do what you need to do for them to do their part but they don't give you all the full information they are not very nice very rude and they make you wait they do things on their time and not very happy with habitat whatsoever they need a lot of improvements customer service for one and they could use improvements in other areas as well. read more

You can often find some pretty good household things for a great price, the main cashiers are always friendly. Sections in the Yuba City store are often in disarray, but that's part of the phone is digging through stuff I guess. My main issue is the volunteer employees they have helping, they are often huddled together in groups, blocking sections, and chitchatting with no concern for the customers. They are very often talking loudly, cursing and acting a fool. When my 15 year old daughter was there with our fam she was digging through some stuff one of their unkempt, looking employees started harassing my daughter, to which I had to step in once I witnessed. read more

Habitat for Humanity Yuba-Sutter is an amazing example of transformation. Years ago at this point it was barely an organization in the area having not completed a house or repairs in years then new management and new vision... now they have the re-store, have completed multiple community assets to help the unhoused, build many houses each year and hundreds of minor repairs or deferred maintenance for individuals in need. They have repeatedly stepped up for the community and allied themselves with other habitat organizations in the state to help those in need. I simply cant say enough good things about this organization in Marysville. Store by the re-store, learn about the good they are doing and pick up some things you need anyways while knowing the profit is going back into their programs to help others. read more

Me and my wife came here to look for a few items, and left with several! I love the selection that is offered here with used items, items that were overstocked, and almost everything that you can find for your home needs. I especially enjoy the fact that nobody yelled at me for sitting on the couch to try it out. in fact, a few of the workers came by and encouraged me to buy it! Had I had the money for it, I would have walked out with both couches. Perhaps the only reason I gave this a four star out of five, was because of the complaint of one of the workers who was pulling large crates of Materials. While I empathize with any issues you have at work, it does not make a consumer confident when the employees are complaining about work. I'm sure that many would empathize with the venting of this particular person who kept complaining how heavy things were and how so many of them were there, but it does not make the organization look good. While it did not bother me and stop me from purchasing anything, it did raise some yellow flags. I wondered if they were the only ones that complained that way and if they complained openly to consumers. Aside from that, everyone was knowledgeable and willing to help. Will definitely be coming back for more. read more

My mind was blown when I walked in the door. SO MUCH STUFF. I took a few minutes to orientate myself and immediately saved at least $100 on a new light fixture for my office. I had pretty low standards when I walked in the door but it was worse. All of the employees ignored me. Then I waited in line with my small child to get someone to help me. While talking to the employee, the manager came by, negated what he was saying told him that someone was waiting at the register, at which time he left, the manager left and I was left standing there; still unable to carry the piece of furniture I requested help for. The place has great prices and all money donated goes into the mission of Habitat for Humanity to build low income housing.

The manager Karl was extremely rude when i asked him a simple question. When i asked him to stop being so rude in front of my child he continued anyway. The store has lots to offer to those looking for a flip projects, remodel, etc. Just very disorganized and messy. Was interested in an item that was not priced out. The employee by the name of Art ( floor supervisor) was beyond RUDE about it. Seen this same guy when I first walked being rude to senior citizen. The guy just didn't want to be bothered. Perhaps if they hired someone who can he courteous they might sell the stuff there to make room for more stuff. read more

Pleasantly surprised. It's huge! Don't be intimidated. It's very much like a thrift store but more catered to people doing home improvement. I would not recommend going here looking for a million things all at once. There are lots of little gems and occasionally something fantastic (just like a thrift store). I fell in love with this hammock but even at this place it was still over 250$. There is some hangeling but I'm not very good at that. Great place to find some doors and windows read more

I have been in his store three times and each time I was greeted cheerfully, asked if I needed assistance and just generally had a great shopping experience here. The last trip I bought a very nice adjustable office chair for my son to use and I only paid $15 and they even carried it out to my truck and loaded it for me. I was actually going to go check out one on Craigslist they were asking $20 for, it looked kinda cheapo and small so I checked out the ReStore. I'm so glad I did. The chair I got at the ReStore was vastly superior with adjustable levers for the back and seat and an internal lumbar support mechanism. Before you buy on Craigslist, check out the ReStore. They've got furniture, tables, desks, kitchen cabinets, all kinds of surplus and used stuff. You might get lucky like I did! read more
