The deadline was 5 days away and I had no contact from Balance at all. Zero. So I called again and tried to text the owner who says he is available at that time as well (no response it to have the same employee call me back) as I was traveling for work out of state. I was told it would be handled and I would get a call back and an email with a status update. I got neither again. I called yesterday to express my frustration. I was told I would get a call today with an update which did not happen. They keep blaming it on a third party company they are working with, but if that company isn't doing what they are supposed to, that should not be my issue.
