On Tuesday night at 10 PM I walked into my father's home after 1.5 weeks of being away and my dad away on Hospice dying to a massive flood caused by the refrigerator. I panicked and ran toward the refrigerator and fell so hard... I didn't know what to do so I took a photo of the leak and I input it on ChatGPT and CVWR was the first company it recommended. I called it and Tico picked up. He could hear the distress in my voice and in 30 minutes he and his entire team were at my home saving it. They cleared out all the water and the entire downstairs. This job was not an ordinary job, even though leaks are not ordinary... but there's a hoarding situation going on and my dad's home and they had to move so much out. They worked till very late and were beyond professional and empathetic toward my situation. They then left multiple dehumidifiers and air scrubbers for days to help stop the mold growth and dry out my house. Their team does everything from mitigation to reconstruction. Every question I asked, Tico answered in detail and I completely trusted him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about insurance and has a good working relationship with my insurance adjuster. There really are no words for how incredible this team is, and I would recommend them till the day I die. I've been having an extremely hard time in life so being treated with empathy and kindness during this time has is just above and beyond. Mold was everywhere when I walked into my home from my flight. Central Valley Water Restoration did it ALL in a little over 3 months! That is nearly impossible! They worked day & night and on weekends! People staying at my hotel had been waiting for over 2 years for their homes to be done, using other companies. Several weeks later we are calling to see if they still want to do the job and we had to chase them down to finish the work, but they stopped and said that they found mold. We had two other contractors come in and do mold tests and found nothing. Seeing this, we cancelled our contract with them. The job was not completed, we paid half upfront which was more than half the job they did, and now they are wanting hundreds of extra dollars for a job incomplete. Stay away from this company.
