History

Established in 1992.

The Wilson County Habitat location of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville seeks to put God’s love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope. The work of Habitat in Wilson County began in 1992 and Wilson Habitat has now built or renovated 99 houses for hard working men and women in our community who qualify for our program. Our Wilson County location also features a Habitat ReStore that sells gently used and new home and office furnishings and building supplies at a fraction of retail prices and open to the public. The Wilson Habitat ReStore is an official location of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville that operates two other ReStore locations in Nashville and Dickson County. The ReStore offers free pick up on sellable items and now offers a paid priority pick up service in all counties. To schedule a pickup in Wilson County, call 615.964.6599.
