It has the cave essence in the air and the music is light. We were shocked to see it somewhat empty after we took our first bite. The food was delicious, flavorful and rich. The drinks were great. I would come back on my next visit. There is a bit of a walk to the restaurant. This is attached to a hotel and the parking is on the outskirts while the restaurant is on the other end. For breakfast, we shared the chilaquiles rojo with beef and we both got some fresh squeezed orange juice as well. This dish was so delicious and very filling and the oj was very refreshing. We scheduled a tequila tour, which ends up at this restaurant. We were given some mango margarita slushies at the end. Everyone else got the regular margarita slushies ;) On the other side of the restaurant is where you can buy a variety of tequilas, but they didn't carry the one I wanted. We had dinner in town, but were still hungry, so we decided to come back here and check out their dinner options. The complimentary chips and salsa were a nice start. There were limited flavors of agua fresca, but I tried one anyways. We shared the arrachera jimador, which was such a huge portion. It came with beef, sausages, guacamole, beans, and tortillas. It was very flavorful and we were so stuffed afterwards. The staff is attentive and welcoming. I had a great experience each time I was here!

The shower alone had mold and when called to reserve one bed they booked us for two beds. Not only that but the cable had only two working channels and the internet was the worst I've experienced since dial-up (Ethernet), no lie. Recommend to stay in other near by hotels instead.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and I have nothing but good things to say about it…read more It was located only minutes from the centro/plaza which made it a quiet place to sleep at night away enough from all the noise. We stayed in the master suite which was $800 pesos a night. It was very spacious and the bed was large enough to sleep comfortably (2adults 1baby). Be prepared to go up a couple flights of stairs depending what floor your room is on, the rooftop is on the 4th floor. They also have a common area on the 3rd floor which has two fridges, a microwave, gallon water, coffee, and snacks for everyone.
