The braider made excuses about hair texture and rebraided several braids. 4 hours later this was the result. My friend explained what she received was not the style she requested. The braided still had the audacity to charge full price. $120 later the style was taken down the same evening and a new salon was booked the very next day.

Not everyone can work it right, but this is the place! Sandra is a wonderful stylist who knows how to do a blow out leaving the hair silky smooth. Also, there was hair color on my forehead, which I didn't notice until I got in my car. Once I came home I had to clean it off!!! Not a happy camper with the hair color at all. Also, my hair smells kind of burnt. Ugh...I'm hoping the smell goes away...as for the brownish hair color, I guess I'm just stuck with it! It is quite disappointing to leave a salon and not be totally satisfied!
