I feel ripped off. I do not recommend…read more I was told the incorrect billing information despite two phone calls to inquire on this before registering. Once I signed up, the invoices began to come much in more expensive than had been shared. The masking policy was misrepresented as well. I was told one thing on the phone before registration and fund another thing upon our arrival to the first class. This was important to my decision to register. I was told that make up sessions would be applied to the account for any missed classes and that those would never expire. I was also told that adjusting regular sessions to other days in the week was allowable with notice if needed without penalty. However, when I did this last month for November, they marked it as use of make up sessions and will not adjust. So they are stealing from me as I paid for those sessions but will not allow me to use them as indicated. I paid for December sessions and planned to use make ups for others. I have now been told I should take my kids someplace else. I have not been refunded my December payment and my kids will have had no lessons. I was not allowed to watch the services being provided to my children and have no idea what they have learned. I had to wait in the car. When I asked, I was given a hand written, undated, unsigned page with some note about what the kids were to have learned. In two months, my oldest does not even know a scale on the piano. I don't know that my kids received any music lesson services. This company uses unclear and poor communication, does not honor its word and seems to want to take payments but not provide the services.

I went there with my and my family we were on the way with snow tubing. It was the best in the water parking lot It was really nice and the hot tub it was for relaxing the very cozy. The room service was amazing. They took care of the bed really well and I just want to say if you're choosing through great Wolf Lodge or any other Ranch cause it's very nice and he has a horseback I didn't get to go, but it's OK and there is lots and lots to do I just hope that the will open soon as soon next time as I come back maybe the boats will open, but I just wanna say thank you for opening this resort throughout all these years and your cat is very nice. I love your cats rocking horse ranch very nice. I just want your cat is very cute. I just want to say one more thing. Yes,…read moreRocking Horse Ranch is more expensive but there is an endless amount of activities for the kids to do. We came on the coldest weekend of the year but my kids had a blast skiing, snow tubing, horseback riding, pony rides, arcade, game room, playing laser tag, swimming in the pool, the outdoor hot tub, and the nightly shows. Food is included in the price and it is buffet style for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is not but you are more than welcome to order more and take things to go. There's snacks available between lunch and dinner but there's also hot chocolate/coffee available all day long with some pastries. The only downside were the rooms. They are connected so if you have loud neighbors, you won't be getting good sleep. Overall, my kids loved the place and want to go back soon. I guess we'll have to wait for another Black Friday deal.

That peace of mind as a parent is truly priceless as I work all day long. The staff are caring, warm, and inclusive to all children. They've created a safe environment where my son has been able to grow and build connections with staff and kids. My son looks forward to seeing his teachers each day in his class and all of his friends. He is happy to go, comes home smiling, and has formed strong bonds with both staff and friends. We appreciate all of the updates we receive and enjoy seeing daily pictures of what he did throughout the day.

From the very beginning, the staff at Prime Time made that transition so much easier for me. They showed such genuine kindness and patience with both me and my baby. As a new mom, I had a lot of worries--especially when she was having trouble eating at first. Instead of brushing off my concerns, they were incredibly attentive and reassuring. They kept a close eye on her, communicated with me throughout the day, and worked with me to make sure she was comfortable and getting what she needed. Their level of care and understanding meant the world to me during a time when I was already feeling emotional about being away from her. Knowing that she was with people who were nurturing, patient, and truly cared about her well-being gave me so much peace of mind while I was at work. They created a warm, supportive environment not just for the babies, but for the parents too. I'm so grateful for the love and attention they gave my daughter during such an important stage of her life. Any parent would be lucky to have their child in the care of such compassionate and dedicated caregivers. Thank you Eva, Sheyla, Brytanii, and everyone at Prime Time!! We will miss you guys!

They both play in several leagues and have a couple days a week that they're in on a regular basis. Apart from tennis camp as a kid, I've never been much of a tennis player so when I'm there, usually I stick to the fitness area. From that perspective, there is nothing terribly special about the offerings but it's pretty much got whatever you need. I've never been in when it was crazy busy in the fitness area so I'm not sure how well people manage with one squat rack. The people who I see have always been friendly though and happy to let you work in. Even though the fitness space isn't huge, it does a nice job of giving you what you need without taking too much space from the tennis courts. Plus they also have a separate space for fitness classes if that's something you're interested in. Overall, it's a good option if you'd like to play tennis and be able to work out at the same place or even if (like me) you're not hitting the tennis courts.
