I've watched Hackettstown hospital evolve throughout the years from the 1970's until now…read more It's gone downhill. I'm sorry to be the one to point that out . Personally, in the year 2025, Hackettstown hospital is a great place to go to to die. That's about it. I've had several bad experiences with different nurses there. There is an ICU nurse in particular who I am absolutely horrified is involved in patient care at all. Outside of work, she drinks and drives and has a horrible drinking problem. The hospital should be monitoring her for alcohol use on the job. It's negligent that they just allow her to keep caring for patients. I wouldn't send the worst inmates in the state there, unless they were going there to die.

I am sitting here after having had surgery at Feet N Beyond this morning on my left foot and am so very happy. Bunion surgery here is done via minimum invasive surgery which means it's done in this office in a…read morespecial room with an x-ray machine & the doctor makes a couple of incisions around the bunion area & uses the x-ray machine to guide her in the surgery. I was prescribed an antibiotic to take prior to the surgery as well as valium. The procedure took a little over an hour & you are awake the whole time but cannot see what is going on as they put up a curtain although I will admit my foot felt real weird during it but I was not in pain. Was sent home with pain meds & the doctor was wonderful. She checked in with me over the weekend and has a wonderful bedside manner as well as her husband who assisted during the surgery. He advised every step of the way so that I knew what was going on. This place is extremely clean & the staff is very organized. Definitely recommend for all your foot needs! Will update with pics once my foot has finally healed.

Waited 2 and a half hours to get called into room after being told it would be 45 minutes. Then waited an additional 45 min in the room before a doctor even walked in. He is a perfectionist who likes things to be done thoroughly and systematically which is something I value in a doctor trained to be evaluating my children's health. He never short changes you on time or attention. He has these catch phrases he uses with mom and dad that put everyone at ease and his accent, though a bit thick, is easy enough to understand and altogether part of his charm. Strike 2-No "meet the doctor" visits allowed. You must transfer over to the practice without even meeting the guy-- should have stopped there. Strike 3 - not friendly staff. strike 4- pile of dumdum lollipops and big open trash in waiting room, combine that with no toys a toddler and twenty minute wait. Strike 5- he treats you like you are another kid, very strange comportment. And the last strike, most insulting: just received word that unless I comply with strictest APA vaccine schedule within 30 days my son is effectively expelled from the practice, not even alternate schedule will be considered.
