When I arrived, I gave the pharmacy tech my ID and vaccine card. She left with them for about 45 seconds & told me it would be about 15 minutes. (No problem). I asked if I needed to sign anything additional. She said they would do that when the vaccine is given. As I was waiting, it got quite busy. After 45 minutes, I went up and asked how much longer I should expect. The SAME pharmacy tech, again asked for my ID and my vaccine. I handed them to her again, reminding her that she had already taken them. She asked me standard questions (the same questions I had filled out online) & handed me a clipboard, that also had those same questions again. After filling out the same form that I had already filled out online, I waited another 10 minutes. I was called up to the window, only to be told that since I had had immunizations recently, I was unable to get the covid vaccine today. NOTHING on the website mentions anything about that, besides the line that says that they can also give other immunizations, along with the covid vaccine. No apology from the pharmacy tech acknowledging that she just made me wait an hour because she didn't communicate that I was there for my 3pm appointment. If I had been given the form the first time I went to the window (obviously they don't look at or use the online forms), I hopefully would have found out way sooner that I would not be getting the vaccine and not wasted even more of my time. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience. This location is within a 60 second drive from my work. I will NEVER visit this location for any products or services. Totally disappointed.

Pharmacist excuse was she was training someone and instead of taking the time to help let the poor girl struggle for over 30 minutes. We were literally the only customers in the store so she had plenty of time to help. So when I had the nerve to complain she proceeded to raise her voice in front of her trainee and my entire family making me feel like it was my fault! They got an error message from my insurance, told me to call my insurance. Fortunately the number is on the back of my card. Hours later *after* my providers office has closed they call back and tell me they were unable to resolve the issue and had been told they didn't have permission to know what was wrong. I call my provider and leave a message and *the next day* a different pharmacy has it ready for me billed to my insurance no problem. Fast forward a few days. Different medication, same error. Meijer claims my insurance is at fault. Is not pleased when I point out that if another pharmacy isn't getting that error the problem isn't my insurance, it's *Meijers*. I call my provider again, once more it's filled by a different pharmacy a day later with *no* error message from my insurance company. Conclusion: Meijer pharmacy is flat out incompetent.

The pharmacy is always out of my medications. These are common meds, nothing crazy...just Norco and Methadone but they only order them once a week, leaving the patient/person who is already in excruciating pain to contact the provider to get a new Rx sent to a different pharmacy and hope that they have a supply.

Be aware that customer service closes at 10pm so you will have to wait in line if you need to do a return and then wait for a manager to approve the return. Also I was told after 10pm, items over $25 without a receipt cannot be accepted. Store has usually been pretty clean, although I have noticed that the bathroom in the front frequently smells like urine. Also some of the areas are rather messy and some items are in locations without prices(particularly bagged candy in the check out lanes) and some items are out of stock as well. Not bad as stores go, but I doubt Sam Walton would be happy with it.

I called the Henry Street location for the auto center to have my oil changed. I ask them while on the phone if they have my filter I was put on hold came back told me that they do have my filter so I go there on the 8/24/2026 for my appointment at 5:30pm I do some shopping. I come back a half hour later to be told that they can't do it because they don't have my filter after already being told on the phone that they did have the filter for my car. Just a waste a time.
