I represent a commercial GC in the state of California and we worked with Haddon Fence to provide a fence for us on a job in Jackson, WY. At the time of acquiring this equipment, it was under different ownership. Once time came to remove the fence, new ownership was in progress. When I called for removal, I immediately got into contact with Misty (who is wonderful and extremely responsive). We needed this equipment removed straight away and Misty wasted no time whatsoever. The turnaround time she provided for us (even though she did not necessarily bring this equipment to the job originally) was immediate and extremely helpful. Not to mention, this was right at Thanksgiving. From what I understand, Misty and Aaron are the new owners of this business and based on my brief interaction with them, we will certainly be using them in the future whenever location of jobs permits. Had this establishment come out to do a VERY simple simple fence install, which they ran into the ground(pun intended). From the start it was hard to find a pleasant thing about the whole experience. The "receptionist" was unreliable and hard to get a hold of. Their workers look like they possibly came from a Home Depot parking lot. For Joseph Smiths sake, while enjoying my afternoon tea and a book I found myself looking out the window to 2 of their employees urinating in tandem. It was kinda cute, but really unprofessional. If you want the job done, or done right DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!! read more
