They were communicative, friendly, and professional. Prior to the event the actual DJ, who would be there the day of, made several point of contact calls to coordinate our preferences, music choices etc. From the beginning, we explained that we just didn't want a provider that simply played music. We really wanted a master of ceremonies. We wanted someone to oversee the service, keep music going, intervene for the photoger if needed, etc. We wanted, during the ceremony, a MC to keep people dancing, know the schedule make announcements, keep everything flowing with personality and pazazz.
